With more than 15 years of experience in homeowners association (HOA) management, Janine Stratton brings a depth of industry knowledge and insight to her role as Director of Client Relations. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, she has successfully managed a wide range of high-end, large-scale residential communities throughout Orange County, including both newly developed and established properties.
Janine’s background spans the full scope of community development, from architectural planning and project design to HOA rules and regulations, building codes, and construction administration. Her well-rounded expertise enables her to navigate the unique and often complex needs of HOA boards, developers, and community stakeholders. Having worked closely with the founder of our firm for over 15 years in her prior role as a manager collaborating directly with our legal team, Janine has firsthand experience with the level of service, responsiveness, and direct, practical advice that sets our firm apart. This long-standing professional relationship gives her unique insight into our capabilities and values, allowing her to seamlessly align client needs with the firm’s strengths.
